Engaging Prenail (PFT) for Design Assistance and Feasibility
The best place to start is to have our Request for Service (RFS) form completed and forward any concept or building consent documents you have created, (your latest version, even if in draft form) which will give us the information that we need to assist with your build. By filling in the RFS form it gives us all (you and your Client) and PFT clear elements to refer to during our engagement. It’s a good idea to involve your Client at this stage, as in most cases we can design “with our compliments upon manufacture” meaning “no up-front” fees if the Client is committed in writing with us to this process. (This is our pro-active approach to a cost-effective design and build for your client).
