- If you're involved in the build process, we can assist in the same way as if you are a builder but explain things in more depth if you are unfamiliar with the building code or standard methodology of building in New Zealand.
- You can rest assured that the structure of the building manufactured by (PFT) will comply with the NZ Building Code and current legislation. Prenail (PFT) staff will forward to you or your Local Building Authority the Buildable Truss Layout, Lintel / Beam and Fixings documentation with the necessary PS1 (As Built) documents when you apply for your Code of Compliance at the end of the project.

The best place to start is to fill out an Enquiry Form and supply us with any concept or Building Consent documents that you may already have. For example, Architectural Plans, Specifications, Engineers Details if they have been completed.
